We focus on building strong relationships with our candidates and clients in order to streamline the placement process, creating better results, faster Responsibilities: Work closely with Sales Representative and independent manufacturer's in support function processes Review and analyze various sales and aging reports to forecast Develop communication processes in conjunction with other department assistants for consistency and clarity Participate with sale quotes Support management and sales team as required Trace and track sales orders Build presentations on price point, margin plans and product placement Receive goods and ensure invoices are filed appropriately Identify and report on customer service trends Coordinate and maintain of promotional messaging provided by marketing and sales team Work with structured complicated data in Excel using v-look up and pivot table Forecast, order and maintain promotional print inventory Qualifications: Advanced Excel skills; pivot tables, v-look ups Must have a 4-Year Degree Experience with SAP Ability to present and break down price point, margin plans and product placement with team members and customers to meet company's bottom line Strong follow up skills Must possess strong organizational and time management skills Problem solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and written skills Receive goods and ensure invoices are filed appropriately Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to multi-task, shift direction easily and prioritize Our Client is asking for candidates who possess the following skills and are authorized to work in the US as a full-time employee without sponsorship.
